15 Burpees
50 Squats
45 second Plank
100 Jumping Jacks
50 Sit Ups
1 minute Wall Sit
35 Forward Lunges (each leg)
30 seconds High Knees
1 minute Jump Rope
25 Side Leg Lifts (each leg)
15 Jump Squats
You can do these in any order you choose, and they don’t have to be all completed at the same time!
