Getting bored of doing the same old workouts? Switch it up with an EMOM!
EMOM, stands for Every Minute on the Minute, is an interval training where you perform a specific exercise at the top of every minute for a certain amount of repetitions. You then rest for the remainder of the minute.
Benefits? The clock decides when you will be working and how much rest you have. You can also track your pace. If you are doing a 5 set EMOM of 15 pushups, and the first round you complete the exercise in 20 seconds and the second round in 55 seconds, you can tell that you have fallen off your pace.
You can do EMOM’s with any type of exercises, cardio, free weights, body weight, and machines.
