Hello Everyone. A few quick announcements leading into the month of march!
Beginning March 6th: Barre Will now be on tuesdays from 5:15-6:00 and HIIT Circuit will now be on thursdays from 5:15:6:00
Wednesday March 7th: Ben will be teaching Spin Express at 12:15pm. All Members can attend this half hour class!
Thursday March 8th: Doug will be teaching a spotlight 5th Gear Class from 12:15-1:00. Once again, All Members can attend!

NEW PROMOTION: During the Month of march, Members and Non-members are welcome to attend the following COMPLETELY FREE Classes:
Sports Conditioning with Pete: Tuesdays from 12:15p-1:00p
Barre with Shelley: Tuesdays from 5:15p-6:00p
Zumba with Elaine: Thursdays from 12:15p-1:00p
Yoga with Tenney: Thursdays from 1:00p-1:45p
