Whether you're into yoga and meditation, or need a kick butt class to get your blood pumping, our group exercise program has something for everyone!
Work through a “hybrid workout class”, combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, Dance, and Yoga to promote overall strengthening of your body in ways that few other workouts can. It focuses on small muscle groups such as transverse abs, erector spinae, and deltoids, with low-impact movements at higher repetition rates. Light hand weights, bender balls, and resistance bands will be used for a complete workout. All levels of fitness are welcome!
Put the work in!!!, Gain physical and mental strength, endurance, cardiovascular health, stamina, and confidence class. You can expect to do calisthenic exercises that focus on the big metabolic muscles. Think glutes, lats, and quads. Exercises like: push-ups, lunges, squats, crunches, and burpees. Agility training like; drills, sprints, and shuttle runs. This class is a well balanced mix of fitness, for all levels
A 15-minute intensive “express class” that targets all the Core muscles.
Increase your stamina with a combo of strength and cardio exercises. It can be done alone with just bodyweight, or at a more challenging pace with compound movements and equipment. Equipment included could be weighted bars, jump rope, steppers, and/or resistance bands. This class is designed for all fitness levels.
|Power through this two part class like a champ! The first half consists of a “rhythm ride” (synced to music), focusing on the lower body and upper body (light weights for arm exercises). The second half is centered on a strength training full body station workout, all exclusively done in the VIP room. Can be done with or without equipment. Ride or sprint our cycle bikes through trails, hills, rough terrain, bumps and jumps. Great toning for the lower body muscle groups. This class is held in the Cycle Studio for VIP Members only.. All levels of fitness are welcome. ***Limited to 11 participants.***
|stands for: “High Intensity Interval Training”. Interval training that is done in bursts of high intensity work, for certain periods of time, followed by shorter recovery times. These workouts are tailored to be done at a highly challenging level. You can expect to use weights, and your own body weight. Benefits: higher cardiac function, and higher post workout metabolism which has been known to promote higher caloric burn. Designed for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.|
Inspired to focus on smaller and larger muscles like: bi's, tri's, delts, lats, good ole' glute's and can't forget those abds. Props needed: resistance bands, mini bands and small hand weights. Compenents of the workout include limited body weight strength training, and a core segment. This is a great class, to complement your weekly strength training classes. All levels of fitness are welcome.
Make it your own practice!! Emphasizing the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The practice becomes a moving meditation, for all levels of fitness, that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and more importantly the mind. Each individual will be encouraged to move at your level of comfort, and one does not have to be experienced or good at yoga to do so. All levels of fitness are welcomed and encouraged to attend.
Party your way into this Latin Inspired dance fitness program, mixed with international rhythms. Easy to follow dance steps, to get your cardio workout in, while having fun in a safe atmosphere. Party lights set the mood, as well as wearing coin belts, and bright colors are encouraged!!! This workout is designed for all fitness levels.
A class inspired by Athletic Performance, sports conditioning helps to develop the strength, flexibility, and agility necessary to protect joints from injury. Power through this routine that includes strength, power, speed, quickness, agility, movement skills, deceleration, balance, reactivity and anaerobic capacity. Perform exercises with weights, fitness bands, medicine balls, bodyweight. Designed for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.
A practice similar to yoga and barre, you will improve your core strength, endurance, flexibility, muscle length and posture with this low impact class, with lots of reps. You can expect to use your bodyweight, bender balls, mini bands, and a mat. A great class for all fitness levels.
