40 seconds of burpees on the bosu ball, 20 seconds rest
40 seconds of push-ups on the bosu ball, 20 seconds of rest
40 seconds of plank jacks on the bosu ball, 20 seconds of rest
40 seconds of squats on the bosu ball, 20 seconds of rest
Modify this finisher by doing the exercises without the bosu ball. Enjoy!
