This one is a simple way to learn some new cardio machines and practice on some old ones. It’s also a great way to train diverse muscle groups with your cardio without burning out too fast!
Cardio Tour:
5 Min Treadmill Warm up
5 Min Treadmill Run
5 Min Row
10 min Upright or Recumbent Bike
10 Min Arc trainer (play around with the elevation on this)
5 Minute Arm Ergometer
5 Minute Stair Stepper
5 Min Elliptical Cooldown
Remember this is a long workout. Try not to go too hard on any one machine and to keep your heart rate within an acceptable range by monitoring on the machines or an external device. An ideal heart rate for this workout is around 65%-75% of your age-predicted max heart rate (220-your age)
